Olsson employees in Northwest Arkansas attended the beam raising and topping off ceremony for our new Fayetteville office building. The facility will accommodate our steady growth in Northwest Arkansas and allow us to meet rising demand throughout the rest of the state.

“It’s really exciting to have everybody out here and celebrate this new chapter in our history here in Northwest Arkansas,” said Brad Hammond, Olsson’s Fayetteville office leader. “The whole goal is to have an office that will help us attract and retain the top talent here in the area. This building really signifies Olsson’s commitment to Northwest Arkansas and helps us strengthen the ties to the community.”

The 39,000-square-foot office complex is located at 3537 N Steele Boulevard and will include open spaces, conference rooms, “Zoom rooms” and a rooftop patio area. The addition of bike racks will also allow employees to use nearby trails and there are plans to eventually add charging stations for electric vehicles.

Olsson is providing all civil site design; structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering; landscape architecture; geotechnical investigations and special inspections. Construction is scheduled to be completed by September 2023.

Olsson will occupy the third floor and most of the second floor, with other tenants using the rest of the space. The firm has about 65 employees in Fayetteville and expects the number to soon grow to 100.
