Justin Petersen discovered early in his career the “most important thing” in delivering for our clients.

Our Civil Infrastructure discipline leader joined the firm in 2002 as a student intern. Focusing on client success has been a constant as he progressed from an engineer to team leader, to client relationship manager, to his current role.
