We recently completed final design for 2,400 linear feet of minor arterial roadway and utility improvements in Surprise, Arizona. The improvements run along Sweetwater Avenue from Sarival Avenue to SR 303L.

These improvements widen the roadway to provide four through lanes with bike lanes; a center dual left-turn lane; curb, gutter and detached sidewalks; ADA and other related pedestrian improvements; approximately 3,500 linear feet of public water and sewer line extensions; retention basins to collect storm water runoff; the relocation of a private irrigation ditch; streetlight improvements; new signing and striping; and traffic signal improvements. In addition to these design services, Olsson also provided survey and geotechnical services.
