Out of nearly 30 companies, Olsson was among the top three winners at this week’s awards ceremony. This is the fourth consecutive year the engineering and design firm has been named a Best Place to Work in Oklahoma.

Companies were selected based on an employee survey. The survey measured leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment relationship with supervisor; training, development and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.
