Colorado’s Top Workplaces list is open to all companies, and winners are chosen in three categories: large (500-plus employees); medium (between 150-499 employees); and small (fewer than 150 employees). Awards are given based on employee surveys that measure several workplace qualities such as leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits.
