Companies were selected based on an employee survey. The survey measured leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment relationship with supervisor; training, development and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement. Thirty-five companies were included on this year’s Best Places to Work in Oklahoma list.
