Kansas City, Missouri (February 24, 2022) – Olsson, a nationally recognized engineering and design firm, announced Thursday the hiring of Brian Marshall to help clients navigate electric vehicle (EV) and zero-emission mobility challenges facing communities.
As more people rely on electric vehicles for transportation, communities must develop strategies for the adoption of EVs into their existing infrastructure. Marshall has more than 15 years of engineering experience in developing innovative EV solutions and leading strategic growth initiatives for the global commercial vehicle industry. He brings a unique perspective to EV projects.
Marshall has been involved in emerging technology, including leading the commercial, legislative and technical approach for establishing EV systems. He is also well versed in autonomous vehicles, eMobility and technology partnerships, and he has worked extensively with vehicle manufacturers, technology developers and fleet clients.

Marshall will be based in Olsson’s North Kansas City office but will work with clients across the country.
Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri.
