Negotiations are nearly complete for Olsson to acquire Darr & Collins, LLC Consulting Engineers, a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering firm in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The acquisition will allow Olsson to bolster its MEP services and expand its offerings across Oklahoma. Founded in 1995, Darr & Collins designs MEP systems for the hospitality, education, corporate office, government, correctional, health care, banking, and industrial markets.

The acquisition will enable Darr & Collins employees to work on higher level projects and access expanded career pathways across Olsson’s national footprint.

The acquisition is anticipated to close on February 28, 2025.  Terms will not be released.
