Designing Mount Hebron Park and the Garrett Road Roundabout

We worked with the City of Rogers, Arkansas to serve the city's west side through the design and construction of Mt. Hebron Park and the adjacent Garrett Road Extension. In order to provide clear, safe transportation access to the park and neighborhood, we helped to construct several thousand linear feet of roadway.

The project included a roundabout intersection for Garrett Road and Mt. Hebron Road, and two stop-controlled intersections along Garrett Road at the entrance to Mt. Hebron Park. It also featured 146 linear feet of a reinforced concrete box culvert with wingwall, asphalt/concrete paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, streetlights, striping, signage, and all other items necessary for a complete installation. Design and construction of the park was part of the city’s 2018 bond issue.
