Danielle Havermann knew she wanted to do something with water quality. She also wanted to make the world a better place. That's why she became a water engineer.

"I wanted to do something with water quality, and I realized the biggest way to change our water issue is to go into engineering and engineer solutions," said the associate engineer.

Danielle joined our Water and Wastewater team upon her graduation from Northern Arizona University in 2022 with a degree in environmental engineering. Since then, she's worked on a variety of projects, including a water treatment plant to support major cities.

"I get excited to come to work each day because I get to see my projects go through construction and see the change they make in the environments and community that I live in," she said. "Olsson definitely values what your passionate about and helps you to get to work on it every single day."
