Olsson Expands Team in Des Moines

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (July 24, 2018) – Olsson, an engineering and design firm committed to improving communities, announces the hiring of three engineers and a designer to strengthen the firm’s team in Des Moines. The new additions bring a wide range of experience in structural and mechanical engineering with extensive experience working with industrial clients.

The four new Olsson employees are:

• Brian Elliott, structural engineer, has more than 14 years of experience as an engineering manager in industrial building design and private industry, including commercial, and residential.

• Daniel Peterson, mechanical engineer, has 15 years of design and construction experience with pressured vessels, structural steel, and piping and instrumentation for industrial facilities.

• Greg Schroder, structural engineer, has worked on several large-scale structural projects during the past three years, providing structural design and drawings for existing plants and new facilities.

• Brady Mishler, draft/designer, has extensive knowledge of multiple drafting software products, and has assisted on hundreds of engineering projects, including structural, electrical, mechanical and civil.
