Developing Olsson’s Emerging Leaders

We exist first and foremost for our employees. This isn’t just something we say – it’s the guiding principle in everything we do.
An important way we invest in our employees is our commitment to developing the firm’s emerging leaders. In 2015, we created the Olsson Leadership Forum to provide leadership opportunities for a select group of high-performing employees.
The 2019 edition of our leadership forum included 18 individuals who were chosen based on their desire for personal and professional growth, their high level of performance, and their characteristics that personify Olsson’s core values.
The forum consists of two separate two-day, on-site sessions with small group sessions throughout the months of April and May. On-site sessions include opportunities for relationship building, career development, and personal growth through facilitated discussions, practical skills application, and self-assessments. In addition, participants offer input to help shape Olsson’s approach to identifying, retaining, and developing future leaders.
